I've been meaning to get this blog up and running for quite sometime, but just could not find the time to do it.
So now here I am, having my own blog :) well, not sure if I will come back and post things up after tonight ... but will try to make it happen at least perhaps once a week???
Have just seen this show on TV3, Downsize Me, this lady who has been a vegeterian her entire life had signed up to be on the show. She started off with 76 kg something and managed to lose about 6 kg towards the end of the programme. Good on her!! Love the phrase "When vegeterian gone bad" said by the host. When you hear someone is a vegeterian, you're sort of under the impression that they should be slim & healthy. But that is not entirely true and it depends on individual's choice of lifestyle as well.
People need to distinguish between losing fat and losing muscle when it comes to losing weight. Those who are trying to work the extra kilos off need to make sure they get enough protein intake & intense exercise to retain body muscle.
I know I should have worked out more after seeing this show,,,BUT after a full on day at work you just dont have the energy to jump on the gear... oh well,,
